At first I was intimidated going through a home purchasing process but Jessica made it such a pleasant experience. She would be extremely responsive to any and all questions I had and would explain things in terms anyone could understand. Even after I closed on my house she was still just as responsive to answer any questions and was happy for me. She truly made it feel like a friend was helping me throughout the process.
