The refinance process is a lot of work and requires a lot of paperwork and questions you didn't realize you'd have to answer. A good firm or broker can make it "easier" but they can't make it "easy". Jill was always there to answer my questions, even when I was asking for the third time because I couldn't remember the answer from before, and I think that's what people want and need most from a broker. The paperwork is what it is - the personal outreach and patience is what makes a difference.

It did not matter what day or time, Tom was always available to answer any question, although few, promptly. He has handled in the past several of my refinance loans and now the mortgage on a new home with extreme professionalism and efficiency.
