I worked with Sharbel and his team (thank you Michael and Taylor) on a purchase. The communication was very clear and Sharbel made himself available throughout all hours of the day. Thankful and blessed to have Michael Wagner and his team help secure a loan to purchase a new home. He was very informative and assisted my mother in her 70’s in buying her 1st home 🏠 . Buying a home comes with a lot paperwork and financial decisions that many don’t think they can handle or qualified to purchase. Fearing these responsibilities delay many from living in their dream homes. Very important lesson learned was, If you can afford to rent, you can afford to buy. I highly recommend and would use this lender again.
