Peter was fantastic to work with, he made the process easy and user friendly through the portal. I was able to successfully submit all documents and sign any documents for the loan process through the portal. The process was fast and I was able to refinance my mortgage at a lower rate and payment. I would recommend Guaranteed Rate and Peter to anyone.
Mina is great at what she does! We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions about the loan process. She is great at explaining everything and super transparent as well. She will definitely look out for your best interests and is truly helpful through the whole process. We really liked how she gave us the estimate breakdowns during our home searching process and she worked to give us different options that would fit our total budget as well as the monthly budget breakdown. 10/10 we'll be working with Mina again!

Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting my mortgage. He quickly answered calls and if he did not know the answer to a questions, was able to find it for me and all of his information/numbers were spot on so I knew exactly what I needed for closing and monthly payments.
