Lori started and finished this deal in 20 days. Appraisers are bogged down with refi's and purchases but Lori and her team were able to prioritize it. The buyer was well qualified but I was still amazed at how quickly this deal happened. I recommend Lori and her team for their professionalism and efficiency. Fantastic job!
