I’ve worked with Chris on both an initial mortgage and a refi, and he’s honest, knowledgeable, and quick. He’s also usually got the lowest rates around.
We were very pleased with Joseph Jones as a real estate loan officer. He was attentive and prepared to set up approval for several scenarios for approval. Once we had a contract the many requirements needed were simplified and everything went smoothly. He was great at keeping us updated as things were progressing. We were veery fortunate to close earlier then initially set.
