Joseph was a great lender to work with. The process was fast and easy thanks to him. Never did i feel pressured or hesitant in the process, due to him staying in touch with any and all updates keeping me well informed. Overall process was smooth and easy. Most convenient was an easy way to upload all the required documents and tracking -- it made things easier compared to sending files on email or shared drives. Jenna was professional, timely and communicated really well and was not hesitant to hop on a call to explain things that I didn't understand. Definitely recommend her.
