We have worked with Sabrina with two transactions. The first was the purchase of a fabulous home in a wonderful neighborhood, and the second was when it was time to sell that home and purchase another. Sabrina was prompt, and always a step ahead with what was required throughout the process. When we had questions she provided detailed answers and never lost sight of what we wanted to accomplish. We cannot thank her enough.
The team was pretty easy to work with, and when I had questions they were able to answer them. Interest rates were lower than I expected them to be. Most documents were to be signed online so it saved some time on closing day.
Ryan was available virtually any hour of the day or night to answer all of my questions. He helped me and my wife find our forever home and with his diligence, we were in the perfect position to put forth an offer and have our loan approved hassle-free. Ryan worked tirelessly to make sure we were ready for any possible curveball in the loan approval process! I cannot think of a better person to work with to help in the homebuying process.
