My lender was superb. I was in a bit of a situation and we had everything sorted and ready to go by the end of the first call. He was professional and accurate. Being a first time homeowner can be frustrating but knowing I was in good hands helped a lot.
Cathy and her team are the best. I took 3 mortgages with her + refinance, and every time she was able to give me the best offer or compare the best offer I was able to get. The loan process with Cathy is always clear, simple and quick, even these days when the mortgage market is crazy, Cathy and team were able to deliver on time, before anyone else. My last deal was not easy, closing got delayed, and the only I knew for sure is that I can trust Cathy through the process!

We did a refinance with Richa and she gave us all the options that would suit us best. We got a fantastic rate and are really happy with that. That was for my personal residence, but I also reached out to her for a client of mine who was in the middle of their home purchase transaction with a different lender that went south and Richa took it over and closed successfully in two weeks and a with a better rate, they were very pleased.
