I recently refinanced my property with Ahmed ElJishi, the process was very smooth, fast & easy, i was surprised not many documents were needed from me to provide as i am self employed (previous banks requested to see business bank statements which Guidance did not request for, guidance only asked to see tax returns). All in all, i recommend anyone to use Guidance residential for its Shariah compliance, easy quick process & normal rates!
