When I was 64 a friend told me to make sure I went to Vibrant USA when I was old enough for Medicare. I set up an appointment with an extremely helpful woman there right away. She gave me good advice about what supplementary insurance plans would be a good choice for me when I turned 65. Every year since I have been reminded about the time of year I can make changes. I’ve received excellent advice about which drug plan is the best fit for me. I am 76 now. I have recommended Vibrant USA to many friends!0

I cannot speak highly enough of Marsh Neal and Vibrant USA. Marsha helped my husband sign up for a Medicare plan several years ago and it has been great coverage at an even better price. She checks every year to make sure it is still meeting his needs. We have gotten consistently great help at Vibrant Bellingham. What a relief to have professionals guide us through the rather daunting process of getting signed up for Medicare and supplemental insurance. Rachel Zima has been our agent for the last couple of years, and she is great. Thorough and kind, she knows her stuff and treats people well. I don't usually write reviews, but about 6 months ago I turned 65 and was overwhelmed by the flood of marketing materials I would receive on a daily weekly basis. My solution was to ignore them all.
