When I retired in 2020 one of the best things I discovered was what an important and knowledgeable ally Rachel Zima is. Medicare plans and drug plans are so complicated and Rachel is the first person I call each year during open enrollment. She is always so responsive and helpful It would be a nightmare to try to figure out the best insurance plans to meet my needs without Rachel’s help. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone needing help with medical insurance.

I found the service and explanations were excellent. Our yearly out of pocket for the wife and myself has been less than $100 for several years-- far less then any prior insurance plans (which included Starbucks, Amazon). This included some hospital stays for several days. The MDs available have been excellent. Now if she could work such magic for dental -- we would be really, really happy.
