They are very responsive to any concerns. The central scheduler Johanna is very friendly. The entire process was done very efficiently
Guthrie & Frey installed an Iron Curtain water softener system in our house 4 years ago. They did an amazing job. They were just out recently to service it. There is a reason they are an A+ with the BBB. I would highly recommend them. If you want a reputable company, call Guthrie & Frey. You wont be disappointed.

The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. We are always very pleased with their service. Have gone to them for all our water needs.
My saleserson was straight forward, laid out my options and answered all of my questions. The installer called ahead to let me know he was on his way and was on time. The installation took less time than scheduled. The installer was knowledgeable and explained the operating process of my unit. My only drawback is the software that G&F uses is a little dated. The Accounts payable team can't easily update what the balance is on my account.

Quick response to our call for a new iron filter system, excellent service. Personable installer, very neat and answered our questions. Called with a question about noise and a serviceman came out and checked things out. Very satisfied and happy ****** Plumbing referred them to us.
