I am new to living in Wisconsin, and I have never had a water softner system--I was recommended to contact Guthrie & Frey, and they were able to arrange an appointment within 5 days of me calling--they came to my house, showed me how to use the system, tested my water quality, cleaned the system and made sure everything was working. Every time we have had them out to the house, they have been on time, polite, have protected my property, very professional and explain the situation and what they were going to do. Three years ago, in our last house... we had poor water flow and were told by another "well established, local" firm with red trucks, that we needed a new Well (($$$$$)). This was the same firm that had installed that well, only a few years earlier. They said that "our area" went thru wells faster than others because of the condition of the water... read more

They were everything one would like to see in a supplier.The sales person was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.Given the go ahead in only a few days the service technician installed the water softener. He was also prompt and courteous.Very satisfied with the whole process.
