Every time we have had them out to the house, they have been on time, polite, have protected my property, very professional and explain the situation and what they were going to do. Three years ago, in our last house... we had poor water flow and were told by another "well established, local" firm with red trucks, that we needed a new Well (($$$$$)). They were everything one would like to see in a supplier.The sales person was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.Given the go ahead in only a few days the service technician installed the water softener. He was also prompt and courteous.Very satisfied with the whole process.
