The technician was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained how my new softener works, and was very efficient. We also had this company install a reverse osmosis system for us a few months ago, that was also installed with excellent workmanship, tidy and clean. In a " nutshell " my husband and I are very happy with this company. Also a shout out to Craig, our salesman/ contact person, he is excellent!! Always returns my texts, calls etc. Kudos to Guthrie and Frey:)

Mequon staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The young installer was very professional and did a job worthy of a "master" plumber.

The water conditioning system was installed to perfection. The young technician was very friendly, professional, and skilled. Installation was done in a timely manner. Our old system was removed and taken away. We immediately had great results. No more odors or minerals in the water. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fast and very efficient service by the technician who was super prompt to my appointment. I was given a 2 hour time frame when he would be at my house, and he was right on time at the start of it. The technician not only took care of what he was there for, but did more to give a proper and thorough check-up to my equipment to keep it all running good. I rent my water softener and iron curtain systems through them and have been happy the whole time.
