I have used Guthrie & Frey for 3 years since I built my home in Town of *******. I have always had city water services, and this is the first time I needed a well, water softener, an iron curtain, and a filter. Craig's services were outstanding, and he explained everything to me completely. Also, if I have any questions at any time, he is always available to answer them. Our city water was meeting legal requirements, but it frequently smelled/tasted either a bit dirt-like or sulphur-y. I shopped around and Guthrie & Frey is definitely not the cheapest it most cases. However, I had several reasons for going with them. First, my parents had an iron filter/curtain and new softener system put in a couple years ago after also shopping around and going with them based on reviews. We have used Guthrie and Frey for the last five years. They are remarkable, professional, prompt. They welcome your questions, check and double check everything and clean up everything before they leave. They took a lot stress out of our lives with their products and systems. Guthrie and Frey provided us with prompt and friendly service at a fair price. They answered our questions and gave us an honest opinion on whether to fix our existing water softener unit or to have a new one installed. In the end, we decided to have a new one installed due to our water conditions. That process was fast, easy and seamless. The service technician was in and out in less than 2 hours and was professional and knowledgeable. We were pleased with our overall experience.

I have used Guthrie and Frey for many many years both as a consumer and a real estate agent. They have excellent service and if I ever have a problem with my own personal iron curtain system, (which I rent from them) they are able to service it fast.
