I do not know where the previous reviews have come from, but we can tell you honestly that this company is an absolute scam. We are in our seventies and contracted with Bath Planet of ******* who supposedly is owned by the same man who owns Bath Planet of Atlanta. Of course they promised us the very best, warranty, etc. and the salesman was very knowledgeable. However, that is where it ends. This is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. After what I felt was proper due diligence, I contracted with Gutter-Gard South to install gutter guards to my home and submitted a deposit for half of the install amount. I would give no stars if that was an option We purchased a shower tub remodel back in late July. They made grand promises, even securing a loan in my name for the job. Yet, once the loan was received, communication ceased We gave them $4900 down payment. Now it is the 3rd of October, no shower, no returned phone calls, nothing. We are very frustrated. I got 2 bathrooms done. The first one was fine but the second was a nightmare on my street. Commication terrible. Custome ineffficient. They could not keep workers to finish the job. It took 5 months just to replace a shower to another shower. Unbelievable!!!
8 months ago they were doing a job on my boss's house. Since June-July i have been calling and trying to get them comeback due to multiple leaks, and after hundreds of phone calls, multiple "not showing up' appointments, the same **********, came back and left 5 minutes after, per his words, he didn't have the right equipment.
Salesperson made quick sale with promises of keeping in touch. Once he left he was nonexistent. It took 3 months to get the materials and we had to start making payments on the financing before we the materials even arrived. We were never told the shower door would come 2 weeks after the wet space install. Installation manager is very angry and rude. Installers are careless and messed up our floor, walls and door.
