The only professionalism you see when you do business with this company is when they come and give you estimate. And That's it. After that you get nothing, you better buy your own gutter covers and do it yourself or give it to a random contractor you meet at a gas station. The result would be the same as if you give it to this company. Buyer beware. Communication after you sign a contract is almost non-existent, so make sure you stay on top of them, assuming of course you can actually get someone to answer the phone or return your call. Had our gutters installed and they didn't properly secure about 10-12ft in the back of the house which resulted in water pouring over the edge of the gutters, leading to water intrusion in our basement. I know the name is Gutter-Gard South but this is the same company as Bath Planet Atlanta, which is the one I'm writing about. Let me start this review by saying that we did not choose them for our remodel. I can not talk about the quality of their work or product. This company is only out to get your money. They don't show up, don't call and when you try to cancel the contract, they want 30% of the total price, which in my case is over $3,000 for no work whatsoever. If they can't show up for an appointment, how do I know they are going to show up and do the work, let alone complete it or use the materials they promised to use. Stay as far away from this company and Bath Planet, their subsidiary.
