Too many of these businesses take advantage of their assumption that I don't know anything at all about home improvement, thus I become a mark. None of Guy Smith's folks ever even tried any of that. I first dealt with them for an emergency summertime system replacement. Not only did they explain exactly why the system needed to be replaced, they also explained the pros/cons of the cheapest-to-priciest options and did not pressure me into the expensive options at all. On Easter, we experienced a supply line break around 5 a.m. causing water to stream down through the ceiling. They sent someone out that morning and had it fixed by lunchtime. I was expecting a massive laundry list-sized bill. The pricing was reasonably affordable, and it was a great relief to have it taken care of. Chris was exceedingly knowledgeable and professional. I'll absolutely use Guy Smith again in the future.

Chris H was great! He was able to come out after hours. His communication throughout was fantastic, he diagnosed the issue and sent me a quote for repairs right away. Highly recommend!!

I had my third service with Guy Smith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing yesterday, and it was just like the ones before, exceptional. Yesterday, Thomas was the technician that came out, he was professional, personable, efficient and kind. Took a minute to ask my son how he was doing and even pet my dog that was following him around. New to VA, but I got my AC and plumbing company in the bag. Thanks!
