This was the third time I had to have the right rear wheel bearing replaced. The left rear has been replaced twice. The first and second one times they were done in pairs- because they both have the same amount of miles on them. I am guess that even though this warranty through you cost me about $6k for the best one you offered, that the cheapest parts available were what I got. From start to end, everything was good Claim was taken care by my auto mechanic. Our communication was very well.Transmission was replaced.
I am amazed!!!! You guys have gone way above normal service. I do have to to say. Lithia Dodge here in Spokane sold me the truck that you guys warrantied. I feel they knew that it had allot of problems before selling it to me.. With out your warranty my truck purchase works have been awful, I don’t think lithia was honest with you or me when they said it has a full inspection. As far as my experience with GWC was ok the transmission place said he was give the run around on getting an approval to fix the vehicle but finally did so to me I can't complain
