Unfortunately, our 2014 Explorer needed major repairs requiring about 10 days in the shop. Fortunately, we were working with Pierre Parham who communicated consistently, set clear expectations and delivered on schedule.

nice people The staff were professional, effecient and nice. The sales manager and saleperson, Mikhail.. was fantastic and took great care of me things run smooth. If you are looking to purchase for a new or used vehicle I would recommend to go to Gwinnett Ford!
