Purchase of Ford C-Max Hybrid I had an excellent experience at Gwinnett Place Ford. I was looking for Ford C-Max Hybrid, a small hybrid SUV. The salesman, Steve, was excellent — very knowledgeable about the hybrid. The finance process — always a pain — was very efficient, taking less than a half hour. I am very pleased with this vehicle and the service.

Very helpful and friendly people Went up there to look at options for my lease ending. Vernon answered all of my questions and helped me through all the complicated steps. Will absolutely be returning here any time I need service or a new car

Best experience ever I had such a great experience at Gwinnett place Ford Nadav was so helpful. He show me a couple of cars I was interested in. He also went over everything I needed to know about the car . I went to a couple of dealerships before landing at Ford. I was exhausted by the time I got there but it was worth it. Thank you Nadav and Gwinnett place Ford.

Happy Buyer I have purchased 4 vehicles from Gwinnett Place Ford, the first was in 1999!!! This dealership always has a wide selection of both new and used vehicles and the staff is experienced and knowledgeable about the inventory!! Vernon McDonald was the sales person that I used for this purchase and I was very pleased with his ability to put my wants and needs above the sale!!! He listened, answered my questions and helped me get the best deal possible!! Ask for Vernon--he will treat you right!

Airbag recall I came to the dealership 2 hours prior to my appointment and met with Charles Swank and he was very professional nice guy. He made sure I was able to get a shuttle home and back in order to pick up my vehicle once the job was complete.
