Great and satisfied Although I was arrived at the busy time! It took me 20 minutes to got the service representative, but Charles that guy has be fast responses with professional! After couple hours the problem of my car was found! Charles had told me what’s wrong with my 16 Focus. It need two working days to fix, so Charles already has a rental car for me! Next day morning Charles called me that the car should be ready at afternoon. Afternoon 2:00 pm . I called and got my car back.
