Friendly and nice I received excellent service on 1/19/19 from Cedric Edwards. He informed me in detail of what all I need to do for my vehicle. While waiting for my truck to be done, I went over to the sales side to look around. I met and talked to Edd Green and Tom McKnight. I enjoyed talking to them. Excellent Service From beginning to end our service advisor Paul Lyons made my husband and I feel confident that all of our concerns would be addressed. He went over and above to take care of our Lincoln MKC. We will definitely bring our vehicle back if we need repairs and for general service.
Repair- problem with message of “transmission not in Park” This was something we had already taken this car in for. We purchased this Ford from Gwinnett Place Ford and Alaina backed up their customer service with great repair service.
Awesome Service These folks did everything they said they would. My car needed a block swap, and even though this fell over the holidays, it was done expeditiously. Communication was on point as well.
Service I had a great experience at Gwinnett Ford last week. I brought my ford ficus in to be service and the staff was great.
