Good overall buying experience I recently purchased a 2018 Escape through the AAA buying service. Gwinnett Place Ford had the best bid. Hemant, my salesperson, was excellent and very enthusiastic about making sure he covered all of the bases with regard to my purchase. Alexis, the finance person, also did a nice job. She wasn't pushy with regard to add-ons like extended warranties and presented the options in a very straight forward manner. Great Customer Service! My wife and I had a great expirence buying a truck from GPF. Our sales associate Vernon was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend working with GPF and Vernon if you are in the market! Our finance guy Austin was also very nice and easy to work with.

Excellent maintenance and service We were driving trough Atlanta when we had car trouble with our Lincoln MKX. We were fortunately able to make it to Giwinnett Place Ford where we met Service Advisor Paul Lyons. His assistance was just outstanding. He assured us they would evaluate our problem and he would advise us as to what was needed.
