Great service I had called the first time never got a call back. However called again and my appointment was set. I went in for the carbon monoxide recall, and oil change and it is close to work. I dealt with Mr. PT which is Paul Thomas. When I was ready to pick up the vehicle, it was not ready. I had to wait 30 minutes but they discounted the price in which was ok with me. They treated me better than Mall of GA ford. Keep up the good work.

Smooth Process I've purchased cars in the past and I am very aware of the pressure these sales reps put on you. I went to Gwinnett Place Ford over the weekend to search for the right car for my father in law. There was no pressure and thanks to Mikhail Granovsky, my father in law left the dealership very pleased. Mikhail was very friendly and remained professional throughout the whole process.

I was dying to buy a GT350 I saw an ad for one with few miles and a great price. I barely got into the parking lot when Arta Clark was right there ready to help. The process with smooth and quick, the sales team friendly and kind, and the finance department lightning quick (compared to previous purchases at other dealers). This truly is a great dealership.
