Just like old friends We've been buying from Gwinnett Place Ford for years. Even though we no longer live in Duluth, we return to see our friends and to get great service My wife, myself, and my daughter are all driving cars from this location. When we come in to buy a new vehicle, our previous salesmen like Chris and Haidir remember us. They call us to check in on our vehicles from time to time. Excellent service.
Great Service by Gabi Mor Was treated so well by Gabi Mor and his sales manager when trying to find a used car. My vehicle was in a bad car accident and totaled and have rough credit to take on a new car loan. They worked to find me a lender and car that fit my needs. Bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport I had looked around at various dealerships for an Explorer and I wanted an Explorer Sport. Loganville Ford priced a less expensive model but never got back to me on a Sport, possibly because they did not have one in stock. I called Gwinnett and they had a few to choose from. Very good experience Very friendly took care of us. The entire staff was very accommodating, one very important thing was they looked after my family as well. They made sure my little girl was involved and did not ignore my wife as some dealers will do. In fact They showed her the vehicle first, very impressed.
Great buy and wonderful sales team. Buying out of state is always a risk. But, Sean made the sale easy and was extremely helpful in getting us the documents and info for the commercial truck we purchased from Gwinnett Ford. Would recommend this dealer.
