Great expierence I went into Gwinnett Place Ford to purchase a used car I had found on their website. I purchased the vehicle from Mikhail and drove it home. Unfortunately my wife did not like it. I called Mikhail back and explained the situation. He told me to come on back in that he was sure we could work something out. GREAT EXPERIENCE I indeed had a great experience at this dealership. The process seemed to go rather quickly and smoothly compared to past experiences when shopping for a car. Purchased a church 12 passenger van The salesman that I worked with, Frankie Mercardante, was very professional. He had recently worked with other churches on the purchase of a van. His recent experience made him the right person to negotiate with. He was friendly and professional. He impressed me initially because he was the first salesman to return an on-line inquiry.
