Very good experience I visited the dealership looking for a particular used vehicle. Mr. Terry Chang promptly greeted me and offered his assistance. I test drove the vehicle I liked and explained that I was still waiting on a check from the insurance company. Terry and the dealership happily worked with me by letting me put a deposit down to hold the car. I was able to come back a week later and complete the purchase. The whole experience was very smooth, fast, and pleasant!
Great efficient service! I was greeted with a smile immediately upon my arrival to have my car repaired. I was personally escorted by my representative to the Lincoln lounge where there was fresh coffee and snacks available. Daughter's Ford focus. We bought a beautiful 2016 Ford focus that my daughter liked. Two weeks after it was bought, it started to give some mechanical problems. We took it back to the dealer and talk to Herbert our salesman. Mr Herbert as well as the sales manager took it very seriously and we like the professional way they handle our situation by lending her a car while it was service. Finally the car was fixed with no problem so far. Great job. She is enjoying her car.
