Frank Mercardante was incredibly helpful My salesman, Frank Mercardante, was incredibly helpful and diligent. I knew exactly what car I wanted to buy, and have filled out a bunch of online inventory quarries. After that, a bunch of sales people at other dealerships called me and tried to get me to come look at cars that were not the same as the one that I wanted, but only Frank Mercardante from Gwinnett Place Ford called and said "we don't have what you are looking for today, but we can get it" And get it he did.

Great service I had an 8AM service appointment. Everyone in the service lane greeted me with a smile. My truck was due for service and also needed a repair. Mark Wyatt explained my repair in detail and answered all my questions. Service staff was friendly. I enjoyed talking to them while waiting for my truck. The dealership is very nice and clean. They even served lunch to customers and staff. I love Gwinnett Place Ford. I talked to many employees. I wish I knew their names for recognition of good customer service.

I was not looking forward to having to find one here, but to my surprise I stumbled upon Gwinnett Place Ford and a young lady named Breannah. She was amazing and kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car. I have 3 Fords in my family and Breannah will service them all. Great job and thank you..
