My New Fusion Happy to say, I just picked-up my new 2017 Fusion. I wanted specific exterior & interior colors, Finn Misa and Steven Ferenczy made it happen in a few weeks. In addition to locating my car, I received a great price. I have all ready recommended Finn, Steven and Gwinnett Place Ford to several potential buyers without any hesitation.
Oil change and more I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. I was surprised when my service consultant remembered me even though it had been 4 months since my last visit. I felt truly welcomed when I walked in the door. The service was great as well. A potentially costly repair was avoided when the technician noticed the corrosion on the battery cables before any serious damage was done. I only paid $40 for what would have cost 10 times as much if it had not been detected.
Our first Ford experience From the moment our family step out of our car, we were greeted warmly by Mr. Finn Misa. Our daughters, who are both autistic, took to him instantly as he to them. Easy process I worked with Gabi Mor on 2/11/17 to find a car that fit me and my wife's needs. He was friendly, honest, and ultimately got us a great price on a 2016 Fusion. He didn't push a particular car - he let us explain our desires and steered us in the right direction. He gladly walked me through the features and bells and whistles once all the paperwork was finished. Nice guy and I'd recommend him.
Great buying experience We weren't ready to buy but stopped by just to look around. Finn Misa was there to greet us as soon as we got out of our car. He was obviously interested in making our search a great experience for us. We ended up purchasing a car on the same visit and Finn walked us through every step of the process. waterpump replacement My water pump started leaking on Friday night. I called Gwinnett place ford first thing on Saturday morning to inquire about having the car repaired. The service advisor told me to bring the car in now and they would repair it immediately , and they did. This was outstanding service for a Saturday repair without an appointment. My experience with this dealership and the personal was outstanding.

mt experience I walked into the Gwinett Place Ford Herb welcomed me and asked what I was looking for , when I told him he was very happy to find me a car that fit in my budget and o like with every thing I wanted. They were not pushy they weren't pushing me to buy what they had. Ivan and Herb found my car in NC the same day, they had someone bring it down to Georgia for me. I love my car, not only the color and the way it driver it is wonderful.
