Xmas present purchased My experience with this dealer was pleasant considering this was a dreary, drizzly Sunday. Shane Harrison was my sales/contact person (this began on line) and he was personable and courteous. He did not make it seem as if he was as if I was an interruption to his day. A positive experience and fun experience I was in the market for a new car. After sending in an on-line request to test drive the car I had selected, Finn Misa contacted me via text to set up a time to test drive. Great Dealer Ship Finn Misa and the dealership as a whole was a pleasure to deal with. They were very professional. We drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. We wish they had a dealership in north Florida so we could continue with their service department.
Gwinnett Place Ford is the best Mikhail Granovskiy made the experience one to remember. He didn't shake us around trying to get us to buy a more expensive car that what we went there to look at. He took us directly to the car i wanted to look at and showed us the features and talked to us about the car in whole. Excellent Customer Service Even though I was unable to purchase a vehicle Gwinnett Place Ford was very helpful and did their best to assist me. Finn Misa provided the best customer service. He worked his hardest with his finance team to get my sister-in-law approved.
