Finn Misa, Gwinnett Place Lincoln I was having my 2008 MKZ serviced for it's 60,000 mile check up. I wandered into the new car sales floor to kill time and not to buy a car because I am very happy with the car I bought from Gwinnett Place Ford. Great customer service I did not purchase a car, but I did enjoy my time here! Jovan is very knowledgeable and took his time to cater to my needs. He was the perfect salesperson. Offered me water and gave me his opinions which I value. He did not push me into buying a car right then and there like most salespeople do, he was very patient, and I will be back!!
Purchased a used Ford Focus JR was really helpful in evaluating many different vehicles. He and his sales manager were able to be very competitive on price relative to other options. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
Great experience! Mikhail Granovskiy was great! The first time we met he did not have a car in my price range. He promised he would call me if something came in and he did! He kept in touch but wasn't. I appreciate that. Now I get to enjoy my new MKZ!

Excellent Experience My husband and I came into look at the 2017 Escape Titanium. We met with Frank who was very knowledgeable about the Escape Titanium. Frank was very attentive to answer any questions about the Escape Titanium. I am not sure how Frank was able to work out the best deal but he Did! Frank was great to deal with--no pressure. Satisfied Customer I recently Bought a New 2017 Ford Explorer (Oct 2016) at Gwinnett Place Ford. My sales guy Finn was professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with my purchase and over all experience. Revitalize the true meaning of a Sales Representative With a total lack of Trust as a customer at another Dealership the day before, the representation we received from Finn was Exceptional! He worked with us to get the best deals with no pressure and was honest and upfront in all aspect. His Excellent Customer Service reaffirm that there still is Good Customer Service out there.
