EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I came in earlier this week to Gwinnett Place Ford dealership looking to possibly buy a Ford Fusion. I was helped by a gentleman named Mikhail. He made my experience so easy & pleasant. He was knowledgeable, friendly & had given me an overall excellent customer experience buying my new car! Great Service My car was rear ended and was totaled by the insurance company. I had to get a new car quickly I had been searching on line and found the car I wanted at the dealer. I set an appointment to come in and see the car. When I got there the sales person I had talked to on the phone was off that day. Jovan Riley stepped up and did a great job.
