Excellent buying experience I had excellent, no hassel buying experience with Finn Misa and the new car mangers. I made an unusual request which they accomodated without hassel and then found the truck I wanted secured it and completed the purchase process in less than 48 hrs. Could not be happier. Best vehicle purchase by far!! I went in to Gwinnett Place Ford to have my old truck serviced and I decided to browse and look at the newer model ford f150s when I ran into Mikhail! He explained the features and we took the truck on a test drive...before I knew it, I was signing paperwork for my new truck!! I Love it and Mikhail made the process simple and pain free. Excellent sales. Still waiting to see if all items get fixed Great sales experience...still waiting to see if repairs are done as committed. Shane was great. The finance guy Andrew was great and fast...I did have to wait a long time to get into the finance office due to volume of sales.
Customer Friendly Experience I had an amazing customer friendly experience at Gwinnett Place Ford. My salesperson, Finn, walked me through the entire purchasing process. He listened to my concerns and coached me through what would be best for me. He asked me what I wanted in a truck, and the first truck he showed me was the truck that I am proudly driving all over Atlanta. Best dealership I ever purchased from I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman, Finn, was very knowledgeable about the new 2017 Lincoln MKZ. He was very patient and worked with us until we were totally comfortable and confident with our purchase.
