The staff was friendly and very engaged with their customers. I found the perfect Ford Explorer XLT online but when I got there the vehicle was not available. First time car buying experience My granddaughter was buying her first car herself and was very anxious but Michael Ledwitz took time to take her for test drive and explain the cars to her and made her feel very comfortable. He then insisted I go for test drive also to make sure she was making the right decision. Finn is the best! Went in on Saturday to purchase a Ford Fusion. Selection was great in the used car section but as we were looking two of the cars were sold! We were making our first car purchase on our own. We were really undecided and went back and forth between two cars. Finn gave us time alone and gave us great advice. Finn Misa If you go to this dealer be sure to ask for Finn. Car shopping is not my favorite thing but he made it pretty painless and swift. He was very patient with me as I tried choosing between my end of lease Explorer or new. in the end he got me such a good deal I bought both! I'll definitely go back. As for Finance, Jose & Avery were super efficient and processed everything super quick.
