Best car shopping experience ever! I must say that our sales person Finn Misa went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the purchase we made. We purchased a brand new 2016 Lincoln Navigator. Never once did we feel pressured as had happened so often at other car dealerships. The follow-up from management was also very much appreciated. In short, we had a great shopping experience and will always recommend Gwinnett Place Ford but in particular Finn Misa, who actually made it all happen! Thanks!
Good car purchase experience Michael and Geo helped us thoroughly with our search for a used Ford Expedition. They showed the Expedition we saw through a car website. Geo addressed our questions with no resistance and anytime an issue occurred that needed further research he made sure it was answered correctly. But the best thing they did was ensuring I had transportation while the Expedition was serviced for minor issues. Both guys made sure they were available to handle any problems within a reasonable amount of time.
