INCREDIBLY AMAZING!! Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln is AMAZING!!! I do not have the greatest credit and I have been to numerous other dealerships and used car dealerships the past few weeks. They would not work with me at all. Unless I had more money and a co-signer. Which I had neither. I walked into Ford and met Geo...a Godsent! No nonsense, no pressure dealership Purchase experience was exactly what I expected, having purchased 2 other vehicles from dealership. The employees that I have worked with are very courteous and professional. The dealership runs it business as advertised ; direct to the point, no nonsense, no pressure. My prior 2 other experiences were the same as the 3rd one.

Purchase New Ford F-150 XLT Went in on Monday evening and found first sales individual available. I worked with Frankie. Drove away on Wednesday evening with new vehicle, hassle free, and very pleased with the communication and ease of process to get the vehicle I wanted.

Awesome! This was such a great experience from beginning to end. I came in knowing what I wanted, which may have helped a bit, but I still think it would have been a pleasant experience either way. I am not one for brand new cars or going to dealers so I was ready :-). From the beginning I worked with Frank who was helpful, pleasant and patient, answering all my questions. Purchased a new 2016 Explorer Very nice Dealership with wonderful employees. Our Sales Man was Robert and if you need to purchase a vehicle you need to talk to him. We only had one bad thing and that was the window tint. We asked for the two front roll downs and a strip and the roll downs had dirt behind the tint and they forgot the strip. When it was addressed there was no problem. Would buy from them again.

Best experience I'm used to going to dealerships and they make it obvious they want a sale and try to put you in every car except the one you came for. I called for the car i wanted and it was already ready when i got there. Melvin kept it straight to the point and realistic so there were no disappointments. I was in and out in no time. He was working with other customers and still got me out of there quick than some places dealing only with you. Would definitely recommend. Excellent costumer service Nice and friendly environment. Great costumer service. Easy to understand Not forceful. Thoroughly impressed with the inventory and Mr. Melvin Shorter Jr and his knowledge on the merchandise he his trying to sell.

Easy to work with and it was great experience Finn and his group were great. They made it easy to buy a car and I am extremely happy with the experience and would recommend Finn Misa and the car dealership. They worked very hard to find the exact car I wanted and they worked out a fair deal.

Wonderful! The car salesman I was working with (Mr. Geo) was excellent. Very friendly, professional and I can tell he knows what he's doing. Wonderful service overall!
