Used Vehicle Purchase I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 at Gwinnett Place Ford. Gabi Mor and the rest of the staff provided excellent service and saw that our needs were met. I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for their next new or used car in the metro-Atlanta area.
Repeat customer! After unexpectedly losing my vehicle in a crash, I knew immediately that I not only wanted to get the same make and type but also that I was going to buy it from the same dealer. After great service in the past, I was happy to find familiar faces at Gwinnett Place Ford who would find a car similar to my prior car and at a reasonable price. Not the closest dealership to me but certainly worth the extra mile.

Great to work with even though I ended up buying elsewhere. I was in the market for a f150 and was looking for particular items on the truck. Bob Gutierrez helped me for the better part of a day. He found me several to look at and sent me videos and pic, then followed up on the phone. (I'm about 2 hours away) I ended up finding a new one with all the options I wanted and traded on it at a local dealer but I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking. Back to the Escape I've been missing Picked up my 2016 Titanium Ford Escape last night. I will say that it was one of the easiest experiences in car buying and I have now leased or bought 4 Fords at Gwinnett Place Ford. Finn Misa was great. We took the test drive, he showed me the different features on the two I was deciding between and he made it fairly quick and simple. I'm pleased with the experience.
