Good effort, but what a hassle! Overall, my experience with Gwinnett Place Ford was not the best, but not the worst I've ever had either. My salesman, Bob Gutierrez, was very friendly and made a good effort to work with me throughout my car buying experience. I was; however, unimpressed with the lack of communication and effort amongst their staff. Bought a new Ford Go and see Samir at this dealership. He won me over and Im a critic about customer service. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was even kind enough to take time to acknowledge my 5 year old who was with us! I would highly recommend Samir if you're looking for a good car buying experience!

Nice experience Melvin Shorter was great. We had been to at least 4 dealerships looking for the right vehicle. Melvin was not a typical "car salesman". Personable and friendly and listened to what exactly we were looking for.
