Gwinnetty place ford I brought a 2016 ford escape from gwinnett place ford about 3 month ago. I would just like to say how wonderful they are there. After I bought the car I noticed a few things that need to be fixed. So I called my sales person who was Mikhail and he had it fix within 24 hrs. He has also called me a few times to make sure everything was still going good. Thank you and I definitely be back again

Good deal for F150 Johhny game me good service and good deal for new car. Experience with finance guy was not good. He tried pushing lot of extra stuff.
Johnny Vu and Gwinnett Place Ford are both awesome! At the end of last month in December I bought a Ford Focus. Johnny Vu was my sales consultant. New car sales experience in the fall of 2015 we purchased a "15 Ford Edge from Gwinnett Place Ford. Johnny Vu was our sales person. Johnny began by asking what our goals were in options etc. and then listened to us. He tried to meet our needs even when they changed slightly. He was very attentive to our needs and helpful during the whole process. We would highly recommend going through Johnny and Gwinnett Place Ford in the purchase of a vehicle.
Best customer service! I purchased a BMW 5series from Gwinnett Place Ford. And I think that it was one of the best experiences I had purchasing a car. My salesman was Vu Johnny and he was amazing! He made the process so smooth and the thing I loved most was I didn't feel pressured into buying the car. He really made me comfortable with my purchase. Also, after my purchase he still reached out to me and made sure that I was happy with everything! I would recommend this to him to anyone purchasing a car!
Great dealership to buy from The reason I gave Gwinnett Place 5 stars is because of the deal I was able to get as I am in sales and I do like to haggle. My sales associate was great and worked with me every step of the way from the phone call to see if they had what I wanted till I drove my new car off the lot.
