EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP I went to Gwinnett Place Ford on 7-18-15 and purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. The atmosphere was very warm from start to finish. The staff was amazing. Two weeks later I had a problem with the steering wheel. The GM put the New Car director Jean Paul Carcamo in charge of trading me into another vehicle. I was traded into a 2016 Ford Fusion. Wornderful to work with We bought the Edge that my wife was wanting to trade from this dealership. So, I called them after visiting a few closed lots on Sunday and after spending much time online. By knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, it made this experience painless.! It took longer than I expected, but we did go after lunch on Labor Day. Our salesman, Ron Moore, was very knowledgeable and you would be wise to ask for him.
