I usually hate going to dealerships because the whole buying process is long and your whole day is practically gone by the time you get out. This time though was a little bit different. I had the pleasure of having Gabi Mor As my salesman and wow. He made it so easy. He explained everything in detail and he even speaks multiple languages. I got to the dealership at 12 and by 3 I was already out with my new purchase! Overall great experience!

Today was my first time at this dealership, as I recently moved to the area. Gwinnett Ford dealership was very clean & the service department employees were all very friendly. They provided me with excellence service for my tire. My only complaint would be that some of the service department employees were not wearing face masks to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
