Out of State Buyer I am from Central FL and contacted Gwinnett Ford via email to request information on a used truck, LT(salesmen) contacted via email, my preferred method and answered my questions. LT and I spoke shortly after by phone, being an out of state (650 miles away) I had to rely carfax, pics, and the best help LT, after very little conversation I had to rely on his eyes and honestly, both were impeccable. Yesterday I purchased a 2017 (fully loaded) Ford F-150 Lariat Edition from Gwinnett Place Ford. My salesman, Nate Masresha, was outstanding from the very start. I was running a little late for my appointment and Nate reached out to me to make sure that I was OK. He was professional, he was polite and he was very friendly towards my fiancé and I. Nate understood my concerns coming through the door and he addressed them all. In the end, I got a pretty decent deal and I am very happy with my purchase.!! Thank you Nate.
