Richard McCoy awesome attention to detail Richard is very polite and professional. He called me to make sure he has the correct number before I left the dealership. When I returned back Richard greeted me and accompanied me to the cashier. He waited for me to make sure everything is good and be there to answer if I have any question. Out of State Buyer I am from Central FL and contacted Gwinnett Ford via email to request information on a used truck, LT(salesmen) contacted via email, my preferred method and answered my questions.
