Service team was quite nice!! They were very helpful, setting up the appointment online was fairly easy (although I highly recommend letting them know exactly what you want done upon arrival so you are not overcharged or get unnecessary services done). I had one of the first appointments in the morning for an oil change and it took a while to get done, but I'm guessing it was because the holidays were near.
