The older gentleman at booth 3 was polite and professional. The lady who took the first appointment told me that it would take 2-3 hours but when I arrived I was told no, it would take the whole day. The customer contact at drop off was poor. I stood beside my car waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. Not even a "hello" from people walking near me. After that point, things did improve. The communication during my service was good. And I appreciated the courtesy rides to and from my workplace.
