First, my appointment was with Glen and it turned out he was on vacation Second, tires were to be rotated with the oil and filter change the Tech miss read the work order and they had to take it back to the shop Third, Tech installed 6 quartes of oil when they were told it's a 4.0 L and takes 5 quarts Fourth, the Tech turned the work order in and said another Tech would do the work Fifth, I waited another 45 min to get my Explorer Justin servive advisor did apologize and wanted to take off the extra quater of oil I said forg... read more
