Finally got my repair done correctly little frustrated that it took so long the service advisor she was great Cedric Edwards he really was concerned about taking care of my needs and he did everything within his power to make sure it happened I give them five stars

Was the only ford shop that accepted a close appointment..was very helpful to me and my concerns..very pet friendly.
Joey got me in and out quickly, with a top-notch set of tasks, and he even coordinated transportation for me.
I was pleased with the work however i was not pleased with the new system in place to schedule an appointment. as a long time customer of Gwinnett place ford and i felt like i was a new client having to answer a multitude of questions prior to an appt being set up
My serviceman was great. He has a pleasantness and ease about him. I felt he took great car of me. Give that man a raise!
Asked about bed length. No response. Did not proceed any further as its important to me. Still looking
